Hines Tridel Aqualuna - Bayside Toronto, 2025

Commissioned by II BY IV Design for the Hines Tridel Aqualuna development in Bayside Toronto, this suite of twenty original paintings by Kal Mansur reimagines his signature aesthetic for a residential-scale environment. The works employ the same refined language of layered colour, translucency, and subtle geometry that distinguish his sculptural and plexiglass installations, now rendered in the language of painting to respond to interior architectural spaces. Together the paintings establish a cohesive visual identity, anchoring the large-scale living and common areas with a unified sense of rhythm, light, and atmosphere.
